 PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Sarah-Jo Lawrence scored five of her 21 points in overtime to lead George Washington to a 55-50 win over No. 17 Temple on Friday night.
Kimberly Beck had 10 points for the Colonials (19-7, 12-3 Atlantic 10), who shot 33 percent from the field.
George Washington had a chance to win the game in regulation, but Lawrence missed a shot at the buzzer. The Colonials then scored the first six points in overtime.
