NEW YORK (AP) - The dollar slipped against the euro but finished higher against the yen and pound in afternoon trading on Friday.
The 12-nation currency bought $1.2037 in afternoon New York trading, up from $1.2033 late Thursday. The British currency fell to $1.7500 from $1.7535.
The dollar rose against the Japanese currency to 116.34 yen from 115.80 yen.
