HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - Relatives of a woman who died in a 23-story fall from a high-rise apartment building said they have doubts about her boyfriend's claim that she wanted to be dangled from the window.
Rachel Kozlusky's family challenged the account in a letter read Tuesday by a Dauphin County victim's advocate.
Kozlusky's boyfriend, Kevin P. Eckenrode, 25, is charged with general criminal homicide in her Feb. 25 death. Prosecutors say they have not found evidence to support murder charges.
