FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) - German airline Lufthansa AG said Wednesday that the chief financial officer of its cargo unit will become CFO for the entire company.
Stepham Gemkow will start June 1, replacing Karl-Ludwig Kley, who is resigning at the end of May to become deputy chief executive of pharmaceutical and chemical company Merck KGaA.
The decision was made at a meeting of Lufthansa's supervisory board.
