 NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - A pre-tournament slump may have been just what Duke needed to get its game in order. Tennessee needed no such reality check, as both teams cruised into the regional semifinals of the NCAA tournament.
The Blue Devils (28-3), who lost two of their last three games coming into the tournament, couldn't have been more impressive than they were in beating Southern 96-27 in the first round and Southern California 85-51 on Tuesday night.
"We learned from it, we were positive with one another, and it's showing," Mistie Williams said.
