 ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) - Daniel Horton scored 19 points and Chris Hunter had 16 Wednesday night as Michigan beat Miami 71-65 to advance to the semifinals of the National Invitation Tournament.
Dion Harris and Lester Abram added 15 points apiece to help the Wolverines (21-10) extend the nation's longest postseason winning streak to eight games and improve to 16-0 in home NIT games.
Michigan and Old Dominion will meet for the first time Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden in New York. The Monarchs won at Hofstra, 61-51 Wednesday night.
