CHICAGO (AP) - Ben Gordon came off the bench to score 25 points, Tyson Chandler grabbed a season-high 21 rebounds, and the Chicago Bulls snapped a four-game losing streak with a 96-82 victory over the slumping New Orleans Hornets on Friday night.
The Bulls (30-39) shook up their starting lineup, overcame a rough first quarter and pulled within 2 1/2 games behind of Philadelphia, which lost to Orlando. Chicago has two games left with the 76ers.
Chandler grabbed two rebounds in the closing seconds to eclipse his previous season-high of 20. Luol Deng scored 17 points, Othella Harrington added 16, and Kirk Hinrich had 14 points and nine assists.
