WASHINGTON (AP) - Houston Wire & Cable Co. has registered for an initial public offering of up to $112.7 million in common stock, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Houston-based company is a distributor of specialty wire and cable and related services.
Details about the number of the shares to be offered or an estimated price range for the offering weren't disclosed in Friday's filing.
