NEW YORK (AP) - Shares of Nature's Sunshine Products Inc. fell Monday after Nasdaq told the herbal-products maker it could be delisted for failing to file its annual report on time.
The Provo, Utah-based company's shares fell 72 cents, or 6.2 percent, to close at $10.96 on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
Nature's Sunshine said it missed its March 16 deadline because of an ongoing internal investigation.
