Neil Entwistle, 27, has been held without bail since he was arraigned Feb. 16 in the death of his wife, Rachel, 27, and their 9-month-old daughter, Lillian Rose.

Tuesday's indictment, for the same charges he already faced, was a standard legal procedure in Massachusetts criminal cases that moves the case from district court to superior court, where a new arraignment is expected in the next two weeks.
