BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) - The National Enquirer is moving its editorial headquarters back to Florida in a cost-cutting move after a year in New York.
American Media Inc., the Enquirer's parent company, is also reinstating the tabloid's former editor-in-chief, David Perel, AMI's CEO David Pecker said. The weekly magazine had been led by a British editorial team for the past year.
"The magazine industry has become very competitive over the past year. I had to make some very prudent business decisions," Pecker said.
