Suspects Charged in Deadly Ala. Shootings

MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - A 23-year-old man faces capital murder charges in a shooting at a McDonald's drive-through that killed two men and wounded a third, police said Friday.

James David Wilson of Mobile surrendered to police late Thursday. Police also arrested Extaunia Ely, 26, who they said was in the shooter's getaway car. Ely, of Mobile, is charged with hindering prosecution.

Demarcus Jones, 22, and Michael Tunstall, 19, were shot Wednesday as their vehicle rolled up to a restaurant window. Jonathan Taylor, 20, was wounded in the abdomen and is expected to recover.
