FORT SMITH, Mont. (AP) - The bodies of three people were recovered from the charred remains of a fishing lodge that was destroy by fire on the Crow Indian Reservation in southeastern Montana, Big Horn County officials said Monday.
The victims two elderly women and an elderly man were from out of state and were guests at the lodge, Coroner Terry Bullis said. Their names were being withheld until their families could be notified.
Five of the lodge's seven rooms were occupied. Seven other guests were able to escape the blaze Sunday.
