MIAMI (AP) - Federal prosecutors asked a judge Thursday to review how the media obtained confidential information in the case of seven men accused of plotting attacks against Chicago's Sears Tower and government buildings.
Prosecutors want a judge to find out whether an order sealing documents in the case was violated.
The request came after a Miami television station obtained and on Tuesday aired video that prosecutors said was not public. The WFOR-CBS4 report included government surveillance video and photographs and video of the Federal Justice Building taken by the men, prosecutors said in a court filing.
