NEW YORK (AP) - The dollar traded mixed Friday against the other major currencies in New York trading.
The euro bought $1.2758 in afternoon New York trading, unchanged from late Thursday in New York. The British pound slipped to $1.8868 from $1.8874 late Thursday.
The dollar is sensitive to any hints about the Federal Reserve's future course after the central bank left interest rates unchanged this month, for the first time since it started a credit-tightening drive in mid-2004.
