 LONDON (AP) - Aston Villa moved into second place in the English Premier League on Sunday, beating Newcastle 2-0 in Birmingham in a game attended by Cleveland Browns owner Randy Lerner, Villa's new majority shareholder.
Lerner received a rousing reception when he took his seat after flying in from the United States to watch the game.
Luke Moore gave Villa the lead in the third minute and Juan Pablo Angel made it 2-0 in the 38th.
