Bonds Break Losing Streak

NEW YORK (AP) - U.S. Treasury bond prices ended Thursday near session highs after moving into positive territory for the first time this week.

At 5 p.m. EDT, the 10-year Treasury note was up 2/32 from late Wednesday. Its yield, which moves in the opposite direction, was 4.79 percent, down from 4.80 percent.

The 30-year bond was up 5/32. Its yield fell to 4.94 percent from 4.95 percent.
