PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Well, here's at least one game on Louisville's schedule where it isn't likely to miss star running back Michael Bush.
While the No. 13 Cardinals (1-0) saw their best shot at a special season take a crushing blow when they lost Bush for the year, they could start their reserves against Temple and probably come away with an easy win.
Without Bush, whose season ended when he broke his right leg against Kentucky in the opener, the Cardinals will use Kolby Smith and George Stripling against the Owls (0-1). Both ran for more than 500 yards last season, and played well against Kentucky, combining for 156 yards and two touchdowns.
