DURHAM, N.C. (AP) - Last week, Miami made headlines by engaging in a vicious fight with Florida International, an ugly scene that led to the suspensions of 13 Hurricanes for Saturday's game at Duke.
That total includes a handful of key contributors. That might make the Hurricanes vulnerable to an upset if, that is, they were playing anyone other than the winless Blue Devils.
"If you look at what their recruiting classes have been ranked over the last several years, it's not like they're going to fall off the side of the mountain because they've lost a few guys," Duke coach Ted Roof said. "They've got quality people and I'm sure they'll be ready to play on Saturday just like we will."
