MARTINSVILLE, Ind. (AP) - A 31-year-old handyman has been convicted of murdering an Indiana University student who disappeared six years ago while riding her bicycle.

John Myers II, who did not testify, showed no reaction to Monday's verdict. He faces 45 to 65 years in prison; sentencing was set for Dec. 1.

The conviction brought tears of relief to the family of the victim, Jill Behrman, who was 19 when she disappeared near Bloomington.
