STORRS, Conn. (AP) - Renee Montgomery and Mel Thomas each had 19 points and No. 6 UConn routed Colorado State 93-58 on Thursday night.
UConn (8-0) opened the game with a 16-3 run and never trailed. All five Huskies starters scored in double figures, four of them by halftime.
Kalana Greene scored 17 points, Tina Charles added 15, and Charde Houston had 10.
