SUNRISE, Fla. (AP) - Rostislav Olesz put the hapless the Philadelphia Flyers behind before most of his Florida teammates had even played a shift. Olesz scored 30 seconds into the game and added an assist, and the Panthers extended Philadelphia's franchise-record losing streak to 10 games with a 3-1 victory Wednesday night.
"It set the tone," Olesz said of the goal, his fourth in five games. "Every team, every night wants to start like this."
Jozef Stumpel and Mike Van Ryn also scored for Florida, which has won four of its last six. Martin Gelinas had two assists.
