 FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Donica Cosby scored 23 points, and Lauren Ervin had 17 points, 16 rebounds and eight blocks to lead No. 23 Arkansas to a 94-82 victory over Cincinnati on Thursday night.
Cosby punctuated Arkansas school-record 14-1 start with a 3-pointer at the buzzer — her fourth in four attempts from beyond the arc. Arkansas was 9-of-13 from the 3-point line, hitting its first six of the game.
Ervin had a personal 6-0 run in the second half that helped Arkansas hold off a Bearcats rally. After trailing by 14 at halftime, the Bearcats (9-3) pulled within four points three separate times in the second half.
