FARMINGDALE, N.Y. (AP) - A car being chased by police spun out of control, crashed into a home and killed a man in his living room, authorities said.
The body of William Calhoun, 59, was still pinned hours after the afternoon crash as authorities awaited heavy equipment to remove the vehicle without collapsing the house, police said. The sedan's blinking lights could be seen through the home's windows.
The driver was arrested at the scene and was being questioned, police said.
