HANOVER, N.H. (AP) - Carrem Gay had 22 points and 10 rebounds and No. 3 Duke used a balanced scoring attack and its usual stingy defense to defeat Boston University 71-43 in the championship game of the Blue Sky Restaurant Group Classic on Saturday night at Dartmouth College.
Tournament MVP Lindsey Harding added 17 points and Alison Bales had 12 points and six rebounds for Duke (14-0), which held BU to 2-for-19 shooting from the field while building a 30-8 halftime lead.
Duke, the nation's leader in field goal percentage defense, turned the Terriers over 12 times before they could get off a shot in the opening half.
