WACO, Texas (AP) - Angela Tisdale helped Baylor extend its winning streak. Tisdale scored 21 points to lead the No. 9 Lady Bears to their 11th-straight victory, a 61-54 win over Texas Tech on Wednesday night.
She made four 3-pointers and stretched Baylor's second-half lead to 48-39 with her final 3 with 9 1/2 minutes remaining.
"Angela Tisdale can nail down those shots," Baylor coach Kim Mulkey said. "We moved Jhasmin Player to the point, and Tizzy went to the two and hit some open shots."
