CANBERRA, Australia (AP) - Australia's Prime Minister John Howard announced a major Cabinet reshuffle Tuesday, naming new immigration, environment and employment ministers ahead of federal elections later this year.
The changes reflect key issues likely to face Howard's ruling conservative coalition as it runs for a historic fifth term against an increasingly popular opposition Labor party leader.
Howard appointed lawmaker Malcolm Turnbull as minister for the newly renamed Department of Environment and Water Resources.
