 WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) - The men's basketball game scheduled for Wednesday between No. 24 Indiana and Purdue has been postponed to Thursday because of heavy snow that has blanketed much of the state.
The winter storm hit the north-central portion of Indiana with blizzard conditions that dumped nearly a foot of snow in some areas and 40 mph winds that left drifts up to 6 feet high.
Purdue officials canceled classes at the West Lafayette campus until noon Wednesday.
