ISLETA PUEBLO, N.M. (AP) - Five-time world champion Johnny Tapia's opponent has changed for the second time in less than 12 hours for what could be the popular boxer's final fight Friday night.
Tapia (55-5-2) was scheduled to fight Colombian Ilido Julio (35-10-1) in the non-title bout but Julio failed his physical, according to promoter Lenny Fresquez.
"He failed his physical. That's all I can tell you," Fresquez said Friday.
