CHICAGO (AP) - Grain and soybean futures were mostly lower in early activity Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery was unchanged at $4.79 a bushel; May corn fell 2 3/4 cents to $4.25 1/4 a bushel; May oats fell 5 1/2 cents to $2.44 a bushel; May soybeans fell 3 1/2 cents to $7.58 1/2 a bushel.
Beef futures advanced while pork futures were mixed in early trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
