By JOHN THORNE

Police cordon the area after an explosion occurred Sunday in an Internet cafe, background, in Sidi Moumen, a slum on the outskirts of Casablanca, Monday March 12, 2007. A man who was stopped from looking at terrorist Web sites by the owners of an Internet cafe blew himself up with explosives hidden on his body, Morocco's official MAP news agency reported Monday. Four others were injured in the Sunday night blast. (AP Photo/Abdeljalil Bounhar)CASABLANCA, Morocco (AP) - A man who was prevented from looking at terror Web sites by the owners of an Internet cafe blew himself up with explosives hidden on his body, a spokesman for the Interior Ministry said Monday.

It was possible that the man was transporting explosives that went off at an unplanned moment, said ministry spokesman Abderrahman Achour.

Authorities, uncertain about the circumstances of the Sunday night blast in a Casablanca slum that killed the man and injured four, held off describing it as a suicide bombing, Achour said.
