BOSTON (AP) - The season finale of "Wildfire," a show on the ABC Family cable network, will get a second airing right away on the Internet, in an interactive session on Lycos.com that both companies call an experimental exploration of the future of TV.
"I think we are trying to find new ways to bring our content to life online," said Vickie Collier, director of digital media for Walt Disney Co.'s ABC Family.
As with many shows, there are "Wildfire"-themed message boards on ABC Family's Web site. And ABC, along with other networks, has replayed its shows online before.
