BERLIN (AP) - The dollar edged up against the euro the Japanese yen on Tuesday as markets awaited this week's decision on interest rates by the U.S. Federal Reserve.
The 13-nation euro bought $1.3291 in morning European trading, down from $1.3301 late Monday in New York.
The dollar also rose to 117.91 Japanese yen from 117.59 yen.
