 PECOS, Texas (AP) - A prosecutor who for nearly two years did nothing about a graphic report alleging sexual abuse at a juvenile prison declined to press most felony cases in that time, according to an Associated Press review.
State legislators have accused Randall Reynolds of ignoring a lengthy Texas Ranger report that he received in March 2005 outlining allegations of abuse by two top administrators at the West Texas State School in Pyote, a small oil town.
That report has blown into a statewide scandal.
