California to Resume Inmate Transfers

Monday, May 21, 2007 9:48:59 PM
By AARON C. DAVIS

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) - California can resume shipping prisoners to other states while Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger challenges a judge's decision to halt the transfers, an appeals court has ruled.
