 CARSON, Calif. (AP) - Kris Boyd scored in the 56th minute to give Rangers FC of Glasgow a 1-0 victory over the Los Angeles Galaxy in an exhibition game Wednesday night.
Chris Burke began the scoring play by passing from the right edge of the penalty area to Alan Hutton, who found Boyd from the right flank.
Boyd, who led the Scottish Premier League with 20 goals, beat his defender and scored from 13 yards.
