LOS ANGELES (AP) - Prosecutors said Thursday they will ask a judge to revoke Tom Sizemore's probation and impose a sentence of 16 months in prison.
The 45-year-old actor has had a string of legal problems, the most recent coming this month, when he was arrested outside a hotel where police found two bags of suspected methamphetamine and smoking pipes in his car. He has pleaded not guilty to several drug-related charges.
Prosecutors said in court documents that in light of the actor's arrest, Sizemore should have his 36-month probation revoked.
