LOS ANGELES (AP) - A judge says he wants to give David Hasselhoff a chance to prove that he is not drinking before ruling in the actor's custody battle with ex-wife.
A court hearing on primary custody of their two daughters was postponed Friday because Hasselhoff's lawyer was ill. Superior Court Judge Mark A. Juhas rescheduled the hearing for Monday afternoon.
The judge said he wanted the former "Baywatch" actor to have a chance to show that he passed an alcohol test conducted Friday morning.
