SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) - A lawsuit seeking class action status has been filed against a company that is voluntarily recalling a brand of contact lens solution.
Nicole Lazar, a resident of Santa Clara County, was named as the plaintiff in the lawsuit, filed Friday on behalf of California consumers who bought Complete MoisturePlus solution but were not injured by using it.
The lawsuit seeks reimbursement for the money plaintiffs spent on the solution and the cost to replace it after the recall.
