SEATTLE (AP) - Lauren Jackson had 30 points and nine rebounds to help the Seattle Storm snap a three-game losing streak with a 90-76 victory over the Minnesota Lynx on Saturday night
In an anticipated showdown between the WNBA's top two scorers, Jackson scored 11 points in a pivotal second quarter and had no trouble outscoring Seimone Augustus, who finished with a season-low 13 points for the Lynx (1-9).
Jackson had seven points during a 14-0 run in the second quarter to give the Storm (3-3) a 46-32 lead. For the game, she made 12 of 15 shots from the field, including three 3-pointers.
