CINCINNATI (AP) - Travis Hafner has won many games with home runs. Saturday night he showed he can do it playing small ball, too.
The Cleveland slugger drove in the go-ahead run with a bases-loaded groundout in the 11th inning and the Indians came from behind to overcome Ken Griffey Jr.'s 578th career home run and beat the Cincinnati Reds 8-6 in 11 innings.
"I felt like I hit three balls well, and the only ones that did anything were two weak grounders," Hafner said.
