NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) - Police are questioning three suspects in connection with an explosion in the Kenyan capital's packed business district that killed one man and injured 37 people, the police spokesman said Tuesday.
Investigators have not yet found a motive for the blast outside the Ambassadeur Hotel Monday that sent hundreds of rush-hour commuters ducking for cover from bursts of flying shrapnel, said police spokesman Eric Kiraithe.
Nor have they been able to establish what kind of explosives were used, Kiraithe said, adding that the explosion was small and did not even burst tires of a bus six feet away.
