LOS ANGELES (AP) - Taj McWilliams-Franklin scored 21 points, and the Los Angeles Sparks overcame a 19-point third-quarter deficit to beat the Sacramento Monarchs 96-88 in double-overtime Friday night.
Sherill Baker added 14 points, including the game-tying free throw with 3.9 seconds left in regulation, to help the Sparks (6-5) snap a three-game skid.
Six players scored in double-figures for Los Angeles. Sidney Spencer added 15 points, Marta Fernandez and Mwadi Mabika scored 14 each, and Christi Thomas 10.
