 SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) - Rebekkah Brunson recorded her sixth double-double of the season as Sacramento held on to first place in the Western Conference with a 76-68 win over Minnesota on Sunday.
The victory means that first-year Monarchs coach Jenny Boucek will coach the West on July 15 at the WNBA All-Star game in Washington. D.C.
Had the Monarchs lost, San Antonio would have moved into first place, and Silver Stars' coach Dan Hughes would have run the Western Conference team.
