U.S. relations with Russia are on simmer, so President Bush's meeting Monday with Russian President will be judged on how respectfully the two leaders agree to disagree.(AP Photo/RIA Novosti, Presidential Press Service, Mikhail Klimentyev) KENNEBUNKPORT, Maine (AP) - Trying to defrost U.S.-Russia relations, Russian President Vladimir Putin graciously said the bass he caught on a fishing trip Monday with President Bush was a "team effort."
