LOS ANGELES (AP) - John Cleese, one of the founders of the Monty Python comedy troupe, is reportedly selling his sprawling Santa Barbara County horse ranch for $28 million.
The nearly 16-acre spread in Montecito is called Stalloreggi, or "King's Stables." It has a 16,000-square-foot barn, Mediterranean-style main home with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, a view of the Santa Ynez Mountains and a swimming pool, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The 67-year-old British actor-comedian and his wife, Alice Faye, bought the ranch in 1999, the newspaper said, and have another home in the area.
