 PHOENIX (AP) - Becky Hammon scored 10 of her 18 points in the fourth quarter in her return from a sprained foot, lifting the San Antonio Silver Stars past the Phoenix Mercury 87-77 on Wednesday.
Sophia Young scored 26 points and had 12 rebounds to lead the Silver Stars (12-6), who have won four straight and eight of 10 after starting the season 4-4.
Diana Taurasi had 27 points and nine rebounds for Phoenix (11-9), losers of two straight after winning four in a row. Penny Taylor added 19 points and 11 rebounds.
