BERLIN (AP) - The dollar hit another record low early Wednesday before clawing back against the euro.
Europe's 13-nation common currency climbed to $1.3833 in morning trading amid worries about the U.S. economy, driven by a weak domestic housing market.
The euro dropped back to $1.3810 shortly after European trading opened, still below its previous record of $1.3813, reached on July 13, but up from $1.3784 Tuesday.
