SAN DIEGO (AP) - Ryan Howard drove in two runs and J.D. Durbin pitched his first career shutout to lift the Philadelphia Phillies to a 9-0 win over the San Diego Padres on Sunday.
Shane Victorino drove in three runs, Aaron Rowand added a pair of RBIs and Jimmy Rollins scored three times as the Phillies outscored San Diego 26-7 in taking the last three games of the four-game series.
Howard went 2-for-2 with a sacrifice fly and a walk. The reigning NL MVP was 11-for-22 with five home runs, 13 RBIs and 10 walks during the Phillies' road trip. Against San Diego, he was 7-for-10 with two homers, eight RBIs and eight walks.
