LONDON (AP) - The U.S. dollar was mixed against other major currencies in European trading Monday. Gold rose.
The euro traded at $1.3866, down from $1.3875 late Friday in New York. Later, in midday trading in New York, the euro fetched $1.3860.
Other dollar rates in Europe, compared with late Friday, included 115.08 Japanese yen, down from 115.15; 1.1874 Swiss francs, down from 1.1887; and 1.0272 Canadian dollars, down from 1.0297.
